Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TodoMate ("Service"), operated by Alstes Consulting, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service​

TodoMate is a productivity app that lets you manage todos, goals, and a personal vision board. Your data is stored in a private repository in your own GitHub account.

2. Account​

You need a GitHub account to use TodoMate. By connecting your GitHub account you authorise us to create a private repository (todo-data) and read/write your todo data within it. You can revoke this access at any time through your GitHub account settings.

3. Subscriptions​

Some features require a TodoMate Pro subscription.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe or your device's app store.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
  • Subscription management (including cancellation) is available from the Account screen within the app.

4. Your content​

Your todos, goals, and vision content belong to you. They are stored in your own GitHub repository. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

5. Acceptable use​

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

6. Availability​

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimer of warranties​

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
